at Kizil to Moscow.

cover to Harbin, Manchuria. The OKTE stamps were fundraisers for the
Home Defence, and if you add them to your letter, you do not have to wait
in a queue.

Earliest-known
cover with Tuva's first issue. The cover to Sweden
is cancelled Krasnyi Yenis "a", 14.12.26
(December 12, 1926)
on a 30 mungo stamp of the first issue. Other early covers known bearing this
set are dated February 1927, by which time
the postmark had been re-engraved with the new town name of Kizil.
